Yes, this is a snake. He was more scared of us than we were of him. How do I know that? Well, I stood there and took his picture and he was the first to slither off.
Nature walks are the best! You just never know what you're going to find! I don't think I would have been taking the snake pic unless it was with that super duper lens! :) I love the goose family picture and the bee pictures...those are my favorites! Looks like a beautiful walk....God is so good!

Love the blog, Kewl pix - I almost stepped on a snake at my mother's Easter, Yikes! my heart was racing, and I actually LIKE snakes, go figure.
